Orders confirmed and paid for before 3pm Monday to Friday will normally be dispatched on the same business day and delivered overnight to main centres, except Saturdays. Orders confirmed and paid for after 3pm will normally be dispatched on the next business day. Please allow up to 3 working days for delivery to allow for any unforeseen delays and an extra 1 to 3 working days for delivery to rural addresses.

Although we will endeavour to meet all dispatch & delivery time frames we cannot be held liable for any direct or consequential loss arising from a late delivery or incomplete delivery address given. PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR POSTAL CODE. NOT DOING SO CAN CAUSE DELAYS. You should receive an email message advising that your goods have been shipped together with a copy of the gst invoice and the tracking number. Delays can occur during peak times such as Christmas and long weekends. please be patient. If a customer is not present for a delivery, the relevant carrier may leave the goods at the delivery address at the owners risk unless we have been requested not to.

If a customer refuses to accept delivery of their goods they may be charged for additional expenses incurred including (but not limited to) transport charges and storage.

Pick up from store

Local customers are welcome to collect their goods from our warehouse and pay at time of collection. Our warehouse is in Kerikeri (Northland) and is generally open from 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday. We are closed Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
